Team Focus: Steven Boyle, Sales Director UK & Ireland
This is part of a series of posts where we introduce each member of the Daniels Healthcare team, from across the organisation. We have a compliment of approximately 30+ staff members who all live and breathe the ethos of Daniels and you’ll get to meet many of them in this series.
Steven Boyle joined Daniels Healthcare in April 2017, as a Key Account Manager for Scotland, since then he’s progressed to National Sales Manager for the UK and now proudly serves as our Sales Director of the UK and Ireland.
Leading with expertise and care
As Sales Director, Steven has responsibility for managing and mentoring the sales team. He is the first point of call for his customers in Scotland and is the commercial team’s key link with our manufacturing operations.
Steven specialises in infection prevention and control, needle stick awareness, addiction, and waste management, which sets him apart as a true asset to the Daniels team. His wealth of knowledge and skill help to ensure that our products and services continue to provide the best solutions to our customers’ needs.
Building relationships and making a difference
Steven thrives on building and nurturing relationships, both locally and nationally. Whether managing key accounts or facilitating customer activities, he approaches each interaction with dedication and care: “I enjoy engaging with customers in a clinical environment, offering advice and guidance on best practice and helping the NHS make achievable savings where possible”.
Life beyond Daniels Healthcare: A glimpse into Steven’s world
When he’s not leading the team at Daniels, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, particularly on holidays and days out. When he’s not travelling and supporting his two talented kids to bike trial practices and competitions, he loves going out on his motorbike and hitting the gym. Described by his friends and family as dependable, loyal, quiet and reserved, Steven is a cornerstone of our team here at Daniels Healthcare.
