SHARPSGUARD® eco Scottish range

SHARPSGUARD® eco range for Scotland is a comprehensive range of containers that comply with Scottish Health. Technical Note 3 (SHTN-3) for the disposal of sharps and other healthcare waste.

It is the next evolution of the range, offering a sustainable alternative made from at least 40% recycled plastic.

To ensure the containers are safe and simple to use there are assembly instructions (where applicable) on the label, along with the details on how to keep the contents and the users safe in between use.

Whilst in use containers should be positioned safely using either a bracket, tray or mobile holder from our POUDS® range. When the container is full to the fill line (not overfilled) the container must be locked and disposed of safely.

Care must be taken at all times when handling all Sharps and Clinical waste containers.
