Team Focus: Zoe Reid, Customer Support Executive

Zoe Reid is a key member of our dedicated customer support team, helping individuals and NHS trusts with general enquiries, orders and product advice.

With four years’ experience in the dispatch office, Zoe joined the customer support team in March 2020 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from across the business.

Zoe says she is suited to a customer-facing role: “I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people. It’s a nice feeling to know that you’ve made someone’s day that little bit easier, and I get to do that all day every day.

“Because I understand the dispatch process from start to finish, I can provide our customers with a better service. Most recently, I’ve been proud to be supporting our NHS customers, particularly the new wards in the Nightingale hospitals.”

Zoe says that no two days are the same: “One day I might be processing orders and checking lead times for urgent orders and the next I’ll be taking phone enquiries and liaising with other departments to get the right answers.

“It certainly helps to work in such a great team – as well as supporting customers we also support each other, have fun and are good friends”.

She says her colleagues would describe her as approachable, outgoing and sociable, and in her spare time loves nothing more than going to gigs and festivals or meeting her friends at her local cross-stitch group.

Zoe is married with two daughters and has two guinea pigs, Chips and Gravy!
