Team Focus: Jack Monaghan, Quality Apprentice
Jack is a very important and reassuring member of the Daniels team. Since becoming a Quality Apprentice in 2019, he is part of the crucial safety and testing of our products.
On his busy workdays, Jack is a helping hand to the Quality Engineer. He catches up on daily reports, ensures everything is running smoothly and carries out hourly tests to comply with the many high standards we work to including ISO9001.
Jack takes pride in his job and says that helping to ensure the safety of our customers and patients is always uppermost in his mind: “I feel a pride and responsibility for the work I do, especially in the vital role our containers play in the safety of our amazing NHS workers and their patients. Quality and protection are the priorities and I am dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products possible.”
He adds: “I work as part of a professional team who work efficiently, but with care, to get the job done. As a key supplier to the NHS, it’s essential that we deliver excellence – it makes a difference.”
Before life at Daniels, Jack completed his GCSE’s and then continued on to college. He lives with his parents and his two dogs Milo and Jess. In his spare time, Jack enjoys a game of football with his friends and is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club. He spends his down time on his Xbox and being in the fresh air of the great outdoors on a long walk.
