Team focus: Kimberley Brocklehurst, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager
Kimberley Brocklehurst is Daniels Healthcare’s SHEQ Manager and is an essential part of the team managing the safety, health, environment and quality on both the industrial and medical sides of the company.
Having joined in November 2020, bringing her experience as Quality Manager at a rendering firm, Kimberley maintains quality control checks and ensures compliance to the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO15001 standards as well as ISO23907 and LNE for medical standards.
In a busy working day, Kimberley controls, updates and checks all the documentation, addresses deviations and communicates with the team, controls an integrated system, and ensures policies and procedures are being followed and updated. Customer and employee satisfaction are also a key part of the role. She manages staff training, such as first aid, and ensures refreshers risk assessments are completed on everything necessary within the site.
Before life at Mauser, Kimberley found her love for travelling after leaving school. She explored places such as Australia, America and Asia before bringing her two little girls Emily and Holly into the world.
In her spare time, Kimberley likes to ride bikes with her family and walk her dog Max, as well as being an avid Manchester City fan and going to support them on match days.
